Everything You Need to Know Before Your Visit

DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS?
Groups of 10 or more are required to make a group reservation by phone at (804) 896-1586 or by submitting our Group Reservation Form. Please be sure to review our group reservation fees + policies prior to your visit. For parties of less than 10, reservations are not accepted and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
WHAT ARE YOUR TASTING ROOM HOURS?
The Tasting Room is open from 12—8 PM Wednesday—Saturday and from 12—6 PM Sundays. You can find holiday hours and any other changes on our Online Calendar.
ARE YOUR GROUNDS DOG-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Your leashed furry-friends are always welcome in our outdoor spaces like the Patio, Veranda, or Lawn, and can enjoy a dog-friendly Pup Plate during your visit. Please note that pets are not permitted inside of the Tasting Room.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Absolutely—we offer a full food menu featuring small bites, charcuterie, sandwiches, wraps, salads, seasonal specials, sushi, and more. You can browse our complete menu here before your trip in to see us.
ARE YOUR GROUNDS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes—our Tasting Room, Patio, Veranda, and Barn are all located on ground level and feature wheelchair accessible restrooms. If you'd like to hang out on the lawn, our staff can assist you upon arrival with locating the best wheelchair friendly entry points.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted anywhere on our grounds, however, guests are welcome to bring in their own cakes or desserts for birthday celebrations for a $25 outside dessert fee. If you do bring along your own birthday treat, please notify our staff upon arrival.
WHAT ARE MY SEATING OPTIONS WHEN I VISIT?
Our Tasting Room and grounds are suitable for all seasons and offer both indoor spaces with central heating & cooling, and outdoor seating on our lawn, veranda, and partially covered patio. Guests are welcome to find a seat inside or out, or bring along a blanket to enjoy our lawn picnic-style.
DO YOU OFFER WINE TASTINGS?
We do not offer tastings at the bar, but if you're looking to sample our wine list, you can enjoy a wine flight of any three wines from our menu. For groups of six or more, we also offer private, guided tastings with our experienced staff that can be booked in advance by submitting our Guided Tasting Form.
HOW DO YOUR WINE FLIGHTS WORK?
Flights include 2 oz. pours of any 3 wines of your choice from our full wine list of reds, whites, and rosés. You'll receive a tasting glass with your flight board and can even complement your selections with suggested food pairings that can be found on our food menu.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
Guests under 21 years of age are welcome to join you on your visit to Ashton Creek, but are not permitted at the bar.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO CLOSE MY TAB?
All tabs left open at the end of the night will be closed with the card on file and 20% gratuity.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BOTTLES TO-GO?
All of our wines can be found in our Wine Shop located by the entrance of our Tasting Room, alongside Ashton Creek Vineyard tumblers, growlers, and other merchandise.
