Every bottle begins in the sun-soaked soil of our vineyards. Our Winemaking Team, lean in numbers but rich in expertise, works year-round to nurture and maintain the health of each vine and prepare them for a late Summer, early Autumn harvest. It's a labor of devotion that gives each bottle its honest beginnings—rooted in place, grown with intention.

Harvest Season

When harvest season arrives, it’s all hands on deck. We leverage both technology and the two tools nature gave us to gather grapes at their peak, and even open our vineyard to guests for a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our process and the very first taste of vintages to come. It’s a time of celebration, anticipation, and early mornings out in the vines alongside our four-legged vineyard crew—Willie, Bailey, + Waylon.

We take pride in stewarding every step of the journey our wines take before they make it to your glass. By owning the entire lifecycle of our vintages, we maintain uncompromising control over quality, ensuring that every bottle reflects our standards and our story. This full-circle approach also empowers us to innovate—whether it’s back-sweetening wines with tangerine juice for a mimosa-inspired twist or reimagining reds to be served chilled—and craft distinctive Ashton Creek wines rooted in our own vision and values.
