Reserve seating for your group in any of our five unique indoor or outdoor spaces, with options available for parties of up to 19 guests.

​​*For groups of more than 6 guests, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your final check.*

GROUP CANCELLATION FEES

A $10 per guest deposit is required to secure your group reservation. This deposit will be applied to your tab upon arrival. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance via email to info@ashtoncreekvineyard.com to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Policies & FAQ's

WHAT IF MY GROUP ARRIVES WITHOUT A RESERVATION?

All seating is first come, first served; however, groups without a reservation may be difficult to accommodate. Some areas cannot be rearranged for bigger parties, and others may already be reserved, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure we can seat your group together.

CAN MY PARTY OPEN INDIVIDUAL TABS FOR EACH GUEST?

No—with a group reservation, your party can split the bill into up to 2 tabs.

CAN I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS?

Please reach out to us at info@ashtoncreekvineyard.com after booking your 2 hour reservation to inquire about extended availability.

CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN SPACE FOR MY PARTY TO BE SEATED?

Yes—guests can select from 5 different spaces when booking a reservation with us.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS, OR A BIRTHDAY CAKE?

While outside food and drinks are not permitted, guests are welcome to bring along their own birthday cake to celebrate! Please let our staff know upon arrival and a $25 outside dessert fee will be applied to your tab.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 19 GUESTS?

No—Groups of 20 or more require a private event booking, which can be made by inquiring with our team at events@ashtoncreekvineyard.com or by submitting our Event Inquiry Form here.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RESERVATION FEES IF I AM A WINE CLUB MEMBER?

Wine Club members enjoy waived reservation fees as part of their membership benefits. No deposit is required to book your group reservation.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Because reservations secure your space and allow our team to plan staffing and accommodations in advance, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations in order to refund your deposit. To cancel, please email info@ashtoncreekvineyard.com.

DO I NEED TO INCLUDE MY CHILDREN IN MY RESERVATION COUNT?

Yes—we kindly ask that all guests, including children who will need their own seat, are included in your reservation count to ensure the best possible experience.
