B. North Carolina
North Carolina does not currently have a generally applicable, comprehensive
consumer privacy law like Virginia’s VCDPA. However, we still provide a way for North
Carolina residents to request access, correction, or deletion by emailing

We may use third-party advertising and analytics tools that could be considered
targeted advertising under certain state laws.
