Groups of 10 or more require a reservation to ensure we can provide the best possible experience. We happily welcome group bookings for 10–30 guests in our Tasting Room, Barn, or Banquet Room—any day of the week. All reservations are limited to 3 hours and guarantee your group will be seated together in one of our designated spaces.

GROUP RESERVATION FEES
10—15 guests: $10 per person
16—20 guests: $200 flat fee
21—30 guests: $300 flat fee
31+ guests: Visit our Private Events page to contact our Events Team for rental options.
CHARCUTERIE + SANGRIA ADD-ON
Reserve the perfect pairing for effortless entertaining—2 carefully arranged charcuterie boards + a Sangria dispenser serving approximately 30 guests, available for a $125 fee.
GUIDED WINE TASTING ADD-ON
Looking to elevate your visit? For $30 per guest, add on a Guided Tasting for your party and let our experienced staff lead you through 6 of our vintages. 6 guest minimum, 25 guest maximum.

NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADD-ON
Enhance your booking with our non-alcoholic refreshment add-on. For $3 per guest, enjoy a self-serve station with water, sweet tea, + lemonade—a simple touch to keep everyone cool + comfortable.

Policies & FAQs
ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR MY GROUP?
If your party consists of 10 or more guests, you are required to make a group reservation via our Group Reservation Form or by phone at 804-896-1586.
WHAT IF I SHOW UP WITH A GROUP OF MORE THAN 10 GUESTS?
If you arrive to the Tasting Room with a group of 10 or more guests and would like to be seated together, the applicable reservation fees will apply and will be added to your tab if we are able to accommodate your party. The reservation fee may be split across 2 tabs maximum.
CAN MY PARTY OPEN INDIVIDUAL TABS FOR EACH GUEST?
No—with a group reservation, your party can split the bill into up to 2 tabs.
CAN I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS?
Additional hours can be added to your group reservation upon request for $150 per hour, subject to availability.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN SPACE FOR MY PARTY TO BE SEATED?
Yes—when our staff reaches out to confirm and finalize your reservation, please inquire about space availability in the Barn, Banquet Room, or Tasting Room.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS, OR A BIRTHDAY CAKE?
While outside food and drink is not permitted, guests are welcome to bring along their own birthday cake to celebrate! Please let our staff know upon confirmation of your reservation and a $25 outside cake fee will be applied to your tab or reservation fee.
